Making Method (1)

Ingredients;
Rice flour – 5 cups
Yeast – 2 and a half spoons (tea spoon),
Salt – 1 and a half spoons
Water – 6 cups
Parsley, leek, Boiled beans and oil.

How to do it?

1. rice flour salt mix the yeast and water thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator.

If you want to eat it for breakfast, prepare it the night before. If you want to eat in the evening, prepare it early in the morning.

2. Add a little oil to a small pan and heat it. The fire of the stove is important. Do not overheat the fire.

3. When the pot is hot, add about 1 and a half teaspoons of the mashed yolk.

4. And then add parsley and chives. Then close the pan and leave for 2 minutes.

5. Wipe the pan frequently with a paper towel before adding the batter. This is to prevent the bread from sticking and to remove the bread from the pan easily.

It’s very easy and if you make it at home, you can eat it with clean oil.

Making Method (2)

1. A bag of raw rice flour
2. Sodar
3. water – 1500 ml
4. Salt – one teaspoon
5. Eggs – two (to be added when the bread is about to be made)

Mix the number 1 to 4 and season it 4-5 hours before making the bread. Just before making the bread, add two beaten eggs.

Chop the onion and mix it with the beans.
Grind sesame and salt as needed.

Then you can follow method 1.
